Every Sponsor Driven profile has a dedicated settings area where you manage your profile, sponsorship packages, content, finances, and analytics. This guide maps every settings section to help you understand what each one does, who uses it, and how to get the most out of it.

Settings Overview

Settings are organised into six main categories:

• Motorsport – your racing career, championships, race calendar

• Sponsorship – packages, deals, goals, pitch decks, campaigns

• Fan & Community – memberships, updates, media, links

• Finance – payouts, transactions, expenses

• Analytics & Insights – profile views, sponsor data, reports

• Account – team members, subscriptions, notifications, referrals

Motorsport Settings

Settings by Profile Type

Driver Profile

Minimum essentials to set up:

1. Motorsport – add 1+ championship

2. Sponsorship packages – create at least 1 tier

3. Payouts – add bank account details

Recommended to unlock full potential:

• Updates (post at least weekly)

• Memberships (if you have a fan base)

• Media (upload high-quality photos)

• Analytics (review weekly)

Team Profile

Minimum essentials:

1. Sponsorship packages – define what you offer sponsors

2. Payouts – set up bank account

3. Updates – post race recaps

Recommended:

• Memberships (team merchandise/fan access)

• Media (team photos, driver lineups)

• Social assets (auto-generate results)

Organisation Profile

Minimum essentials:

1. Profile – describe your organisation

2. Payouts – set up bank account (if you receive sponsorships)

Recommended:

• Deals (review incoming sponsorship enquiries)

• Media (showcase event photos)

Individual Profile (Personal Investor)

What you have access to:

• View and manage subscriptions to driver/team memberships

• Control notification preferences

• Track transaction history

1. Go to Sponsorship packages → create 1–3 tiers

2. Go to Motorsport → add your racing history

1. Go to Transactions → find the refund or withdrawal that caused it

2. Check if a sponsor cancelled or refunded

3. Go to Payouts → suspend payouts until balance is positive

4. Contact support if this is a billing error

Settings Troubleshooting Quick Reference
