Common Issues & Fixes

"I can't find my championship in the list"

The series may not be in our database yet.

Fix:

  1. Search by a broader term (e.g., "Formula 3" instead of "British F3")

  2. Check if there's a parent category (e.g., some series group under "International Motorsport")

  3. Contact [email protected] with:

    • Championship name

    • Country/region

    • Year(s) you competed

"My race result didn't update"

Results can take 24–48 hours to sync if connected to official series data.

Fix:

  1. Manually add the result (see Step 6)

  2. If it conflicts with auto-synced data, contact support

  3. Wait 48 hours for official data to catch up

"I finished DNF/DNS/DSQ but it's not showing correctly"

The result code may not have been entered correctly.

Fix:

  • Ensure you select the correct code:

    • DNF = Did not finish

    • DNS = Did not start

    • DSQ = Disqualified

    • Retired = Mechanical failure

    • Not classified = Completed but not classified

  • Re-save with correct code

Photos may need approval or be in draft mode.

Fix:

  1. Go to Media & press

  2. Check if photo shows as "Published" or "Draft"

  3. If draft, click Publish

  4. Photos may take 5 minutes to appear publicly

"I can't edit past race results"

Once results are confirmed, they may be locked.

Fix: Contact support if result is incorrect
