# Inactivity policy

### Inactive competitors

In order to receive financial contributions, Competitors must maintain an active presence both on the platform. We may pause or cancel financial contributions to reflect the inactivity of a competitor. We reserve the right to suspend pages to prevent further contributions from being received.

See our [Terms](/legal/terms-and-conditions.md) for more details.

### Page squatting policy

We prohibit page squatting, or holding pages for future use. Inactive pages may be renamed, claimed or removed by Sponsor Driven at our sole discretion.

Any attempts to sell, buy, or solicit other forms of payment in exchange for page names are prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension.

### Page URL squatting policy

Similar to pages, we prohibit squatting of page URLs (eg. sponsordriven.com/**laurentaylaracing**) and cannot be held for future use. Page URLs linked to inactive pages may be renamed, claimed or removed by Sponsor Driven.

Any attempts to sell, buy, or solicit other forms of payment in exchange for page names are prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension.

### What if an inactive page is using my trademark?

If you believe your trademark rights are being infringed and the page seems inactive, please see our trademark policy for additional information.
