However, by submitting User Content to the Services, you grant Sponsor Driven a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, promoting, and providing the Services.
You are responsible for ensuring your User Content:
Does not violate any laws or regulations
Does not infringe third-party rights (including intellectual property rights)
Is not harmful, abusive, misleading, or defamatory
Does not contain malware or attempt to impersonate others
We may review or remove User Content that violates this Privacy Policy, our Terms of Service, or applicable law. However, we do not monitor all content continuously.
If you delete your account or request data removal, we may:

Anonymise it where necessary to maintain the integrity of competition records, financial transactions, or sponsorship history.

9. Data Deletion & Account Removal
If your profile has no transactions, you may delete it in your account settings.
If your profile has transactions or sponsorship history, we may be required to retain certain records for accounting or platform integrity reasons. In those cases:
