Promotion tips

Make it easy for people to discover you, follow your journey, and contribute. This guide shows quick wins and repeatable habits that work well for drivers and teams using Sponsor Driven.

TL;DR (quick wins)

  • Add your Sponsor Driven link to every profile and bio

  • Share your profile 3+ times each week across 2 channels

  • Post 1 supporter update per week (race results, news, photos)

  • Thank supporters publicly and tag them

These actions roll up into your Profile Checklist and are tracked on your Analytics page.

    • Visit your profile and use the Share button (this also tracks shares automatically)

  2. Add to your social bios

    • Instagram/TikTok “Website” field, Twitter/X bio, Facebook Page “About”, YouTube “Links”

    • If you use Linktree/Beacons/etc., put your Sponsor Driven link in the top slot

  3. Add to messaging and email

    • WhatsApp Business profile “About”, iMessage signature, email signature (see template below)

  4. Add to your website and QR codes

    • Add a prominent “Support me”/“Sponsor us” button linking to your profile

    • Print a QR code for pit boards, helmet, car, team awning, flyers (any standard QR generator works)

  5. Apple Wallet pass (iOS)

    • From your profile, use “Add to Apple Wallet” to keep your link handy and shareable at events

Weekly playbook (repeat every week)

A simple cadence you can keep up with during the season:

  • Monday: LinkedIn post (race plan or recap) + link

  • Wednesday: Instagram Story + feed post using a Social Asset

  • Friday: WhatsApp broadcast to close friends/family/community

  • Sunday: Thank your top 1–3 supporters by name and tag them

Aim for 3+ shares per week. Your Promotion Score marks this complete when you hit the goal.
